Watched this in my "Survey of the Humanities" class during our discussion about abolitionist literature in early America. Sojourner Truth wrote a book called "Ain't I a Woman," (ca. 1797-1883). It was her story that she dictated to Olive Gilbert, who edited it. Astounding recitation of section by Nkechi (nnn-KAY-chee).
